Our "Refund Only" Process (For Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Submit Proof: Email us at contact@jewelixirs.com with clear photos or a video showing the damage or issue.
Review & Decision: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence. This review process is final.
Notifying You: We will notify you of the decision. Please allow up to 20 business days for this review process to be completed.
Refund Issued: If your refund is approved, we will process it automatically to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the item back to us.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Items that are not in their original condition, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 1-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
