Jewelixirs Shipping Policy: Delivering Your Sparkle

At Jewelixirs, we can't wait to get your carefully chosen pieces to you. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship your order, from our studio to your doorstep.

1. Processing Time: The Art of Preparation

Each Jewelixirs piece is lovingly inspected, polished, and wrapped with care before it begins its journey to you.

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: For special collections or custom items, processing times will be clearly stated on the product page and may take 7-14 business days before shipping. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

2. Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to ship our sparkle far and wide!

  • Domestic: We currently ship across [Your Country, e.g., the United States].

  • International: We also offer international shipping to select countries. At checkout, you can see if your country is available and what the associated costs are.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and Jewelixirs has no control over them.

3. Shipping Duration & Methods & Costs

Shipping and delivery of our jewelry to customers typically takes 10-21 business days, calculated from the date of purchase.

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your delivery address, and the shipping speed you select. And usually it's free.

Please note: 

  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs hold-ups.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided for reference only.

4. Order Tracking: Follow Your Treasure's Journey

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress. You can also find this information by logging into your Jewelixirs account.

5. What If I'm Not Home?

For your security, most carriers require a signature for delivery on high-value orders. If you are not home, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

6. Shipping Damages? Let Us Make It Right.

We pack every order with immense care to prevent damage during transit. However, if your Jewelixirs order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@jewelixirs.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We will guide you through the next steps to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Holiday Shipping & Delays

During peak seasons (like holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances (like severe weather or global events), there may be delays in both processing and shipping. We will always communicate any known delays proactively on our website and social media channels.

Our store operates on a dropshipping model, meaning we do not stock or ship products directly from our own warehouse. Instead, orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship items directly to you. This means:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and chosen shipping method.

  • Packaging, branding, and delivery labeling may reflect the supplier’s details rather than ours.

  • Orders may be sent in multiple packages if items are sourced from different suppliers.

  • Once orders are dispatched by suppliers, delivery times and tracking updates are subject to carrier processes and are outside our direct control.
    We aim to provide accurate estimates and assist with any issues, but actual delivery timing is not guaranteed and may differ due to customs, carrier delays or other operational factors.
