3. Discount Codes & Usage
Each affiliate may receive a unique discount code to share with their audience.
Discount codes must not be published on coupon websites, deal platforms, or unauthorized third-party channels.
Any misuse of discount codes may result in commission cancellation and/or account termination.


4. Payment Terms
Commissions are only paid on completed, delivered, and non-refunded orders.
Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
A minimum payout threshold may apply.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment details.


5. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back will not be eligible for commission.
If commissions were already paid on such orders, they may be deducted from future payouts.


6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Engage in spam, misleading promotions, or false advertising.
Use the Company’s brand name, trademarks, or keywords in paid advertising without prior written consent.
Impersonate the Company or present themselves as official representatives.
Use unauthorized coupon distribution methods, including browser extensions or coupon aggregation websites.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must create original, authentic, and high-quality content.
Content must align with the Company’s brand image and values.
Content must not be offensive, misleading, or in violation of any laws or platform policies.


8. Program Modifications
The Company reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
Change commission rates, discount levels, benefits, or eligibility requirements at its sole discretion without prior notice.


9. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy
Self-referrals, fake orders, or any attempt to manipulate the system are strictly prohibited.
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and permanent removal from the program, along with forfeiture of all pending commissions.


10. Performance & Inactivity
Affiliates who remain inactive (no sales or meaningful activity) for an extended period may be removed from the program at the Company’s discretion.


11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
Fraudulent behavior
Abuse of the system
Violation of these Terms & Conditions


12. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

AI-Enhanced Images and Videos: Some images and videos on our website, including those showing models wearing our jewelry, may have been enhanced or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve visual presentation and showcase styling.
All products displayed are genuine and accurately described, and the final appearance of the jewelry may vary slightly depending on lighting, angle, or skin tone.
